COVID 19 Impact & Update
School Reopening-The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted millions! Brown Beauty Barber School closed our campus in March and went to Online Learning due to it. This was a very tough transition for our students and staff but they did it! During this time the building was closed to students, staff and guests. The building has now been sanitized and decontaminated to get ready for reopening. After months of E Learning, students from 1 class are set to return on June 1st! The 2 remaining classes are set to return the following Monday June 8th,2020. Students will have to wear a mask, sanitize hands upon entering and have their temperature checked. The breakroom and classrooms have been spaced out to limit 1-2 students per 6 feet tables.
E Learning-Students have the option to return to campus or remain on a E Learning track for up to 4 hours credit per day. This will extend their completion date.
Enrollment/Tours- BBBS will conduct tours starting June 8th, 2020. All tours must be scheduled, we will not conduct walk-in tours to limit and maintain control of occupancy. Makeup Ceritifcation has been postponed. We plan to release definitive dates soon
Student Salon-Out of an abundance of caution, we have closed the student salon to limit visitors and maintain a low occupancy until further notice.
