Brown Beauty Barber School, located in Bessemer, Alabama is looking for a high energy Administrative Assistant, Barber Styling Instructor and Cosmetology Instructor with knowledge in the industry. We are looking for a leader who is able to work closely with a team, can handle the fast-paced schedule of a 3 day work week, maintain an organized workspace, protect student information and keep their best interest as top priority.
Full-time Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday: 830am – 430pm, with lunch.
Thursday: 930am – 430pm, half day optional
Options: Monday – Wednesday or Monday – Thursday
Pre-Reqs:
- Instructors: Must be Licensed By ABOC in Barbering or Cosmetology
- Administrative Assistant: Prior Administrative experience desired
- Must be able to complete a phone/Zoom interview and working interview (up to 4 hours)
- Must have reliable transportation, housing and daycare

Starting Pay:
Administrative Asst: $16/hr
Instructor: $20/hr
Lead Instructor: $25/hr
Pay rates are negotiable based on experience
