Cashless Policy

We are cashless now! Please be prepared to have an active credit card on file to schedule reservations/reschedule. The credit card will only be used to process payments for No-Shows if necessary. Another credit card may be used at time of checkout. Please let the front desk know if you need to update the credit card at any time. Artists are still able to accept cash tips!

Additional Guests

To maintain minimal capacity, only the guest being serviced should come in for their appointment. Guardians are allowed to accompany children.

Service Charges

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or adjust service prices.

No Show/Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to reschedule/cancel. Same Day Cancellations and No Show/No Calls will be assessed a 50% Service Charge/No Show Fee. This fee must be paid before rebooking. All reservations have a (15) minute grace period before they are considered a No Show. Excessive No Shows can result in being blocked from future bookings.

Phone Policy

To maintain a peaceful ambiance, we ask that all guests limit phone conversations and use headphones if necessary.

Student Stylist

All salon services are performed by students under the supervision of a Licensed Instructor.
