This summer camp is designed for students entering 9th grade through recent graduates who are interested in learning the basics of beauty, barbering, and personal care services in a fun, supportive, and educational environment.

What Students Will Learn
Braiding & Hair Styling
Learn foundational braiding techniques and styling skills in a hands-on environment.
Makeup Techniques
Explore makeup application techniques and beauty basics from experienced instructors.
Fading & Barbering Basics
Gain introductory barbering experience including fading techniques and clipper fundamentals.
Hands-On Beauty Industry Experience
Students will work directly with mannequins while learning real-world beauty and barbering skills through guided instruction.
Learn from Students, Educators & Professional Artists
Campers will receive one-on-one instruction and mentorship from Brown Beauty Barber School students, licensed educators, and professional artists throughout the camp experience.
This supportive learning environment helps students build confidence, creativity, and foundational industry knowledge.
